Description
The Negroamaro Rosé is macerated with natural yeast in a two-stage process lasting 12 and 24 hours. Spontaneous fermentation takes place at a temperature of 11 °C in steel barrels. The rich and characteristic bouquet with hints of berries and final notes of cocoa make this wine something very special.
