Description
The grapes for this tasty rosé were grown 700 metres above sea level on the slopes of Mount Etna on the Valenti family vineyard. The grapes were carefully selected by hand, plant by plant. After gentle pressing, the wine matured for 9 months, including 5 months in French oak barrels. The wine was awarded the gold medal at the Frankfurt Trophy for good reason.
