Description
The grapes for this fantastic red wine grew 700 metres above sea level on the slopes of Mount Etna on the Valenti family vineyard. The grapes were carefully selected by hand, plant by plant. After gentle pressing, the wine matured for 17 months, including 12 months in French oak barrels.
